Rights groups file suit over US assassination order of suspected terrorist

[JURIST] The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) [advocacy websites] filed a lawsuit Monday challenging [complaint, PDF] the US government's authority to conduct "targeted killings" against suspected terrorists.
