[JURIST] Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen filed suit [complaint, PDF] Friday against Apple, eBay, Google [corporate websites] and eight other corporations in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington [official website], claiming the infringement of four patents related to website navigation and electronic information presentation. [JURIST] A court in Madagascar [JURIST news archive] on Saturday sentenced former president Marc Ravalomanana [BBC profile] to life in prison with hard labor for ordering the killing of opposition protesters in February 2009.
