merhaba benim kredi kartim var kotuye kullanim nedeni ile banka tarafindan kartim iptal edildi ve kredi takip bolumu benim borcumu takip ediyor suan yasal islem sozkonusu degil, borcumun asgari tutarini duzenli olarak oduyorum, bu durumda 1 ay asgari tutar odemesi yapmadigim zaman yasal islem baslarmi yoksa 2 ertelemeden sonrami yasal islem devam eder, bu konuda bilgi verirseniz sevinirim.

Er forderte ihn auf, mindestens durchschnittliche und bestandsfeste Produktionsergebnisse zu erzielen. Der Arbeitnehmer wehrte sich gegen diese Abmahnung und forderte diese aus der Personalakte zu entfernen. Vor dem Bundesarbeitsgericht war er hiermit erfolgreich.
